CIP Literacy Goal:  All students will become proficient readers at their respective developmental levels as a result of our literacy initiatives. 

Performance Indicators:  90 % of the students will perform at or above the 35% percentile on the Gates McGinitie Reading assessment.             90% of the students will read at the instructional level on the DRA.  There will be a 10% increase in the number of students passing the 4th grade reading proficiency.
